Public Policy & Research
National Disability Institute has produced groundbreaking research that identifies the financial status, banking behaviors and financial capability of people with disabilities. By mining data from large national surveys, NDI has developed statistics establishing that people with disabilities face barriers to full and equal participation in the financial system. Our research informs our public policy efforts, providing evidence that programs and policies must address the needs of people with disabilities.
