In this webinar, the Center for Disability-Inclusive Community Development (CDICD) announces the second annual Inclusive Community Development Award winners. You will learn about the collaborative activities between community organizations and financial institutions to support low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals with disabilities as they improve their financial stability and health.
The CDICD, managed by National Disability Institute (NDI), selected the award winners from nominations by banks, credit unions and community nonprofits from across the country.
The three award-winning efforts in Texas; Ohio; Washington, D.C. and nationally have common elements of coordinated activities between banks and/or credit unions and community groups. Presenters on the webinar will share more details on their award-winning programs, how key partnerships were created and the impact on building a better financial future for people with disabilities.
