Jessica Vanscavish is the Head of Disability, Absence, Life and Supplemental Health Product Management at Guardian. In her leadership role, she is accountable for the products and solutions provided to the group insurance customers they serve.  She has 25 years’ experience in the Group Insurance business providing insurance products and solutions to help employees with their financial security.

Prior to her role at Guardian, she held leadership roles at Prudential Financial and Cigna Group Insurance. Ms. Vanscavish’s leadership experience includes product development, product management, business analytics and operations. She is passionate about improving the financial security of workers by making products and solutions easily accessible and simple to understand. Ms. Vanscavish shares a love of the outdoors with her husband and resides in Pennsylvania.
