Consulting Services
National Disability Institute provides consulting services to nonprofits, universities, for-profit companies and government agencies on a variety of financial empowerment and disability employment strategies.
Train-the-Trainer
Organizations can maximize their outreach to serve persons with disabilities in their local communities with a train-the-trainer session from the nationally-recognized experts at National Disability Institute using our exclusive Building the Financial Well-Being of Persons with Disabilities Curriculum.
National Disability Institute experts will train local teams on how to use the curriculum, with customized information for your community. Local teams will learn about self determination, financial education, financial capability, asset development strategies such as micro-enterprise, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), home ownership, and public benefit programs that support asset development, including Social Security Administration work incentives. Dynamic trainers with years of expertise in financial empowerment for persons with disabilities provide information, strategies and tools to incorporate asset development strategies into an organizations existing programs and community-based learning activities.
National Disability Institute’s subject matter experts can create a customized plan to meet an organization’s needs. For more information, please contact Michael Roush at mroush@ndi-inc.org
