As a Communications and Accessibility Specialist for National Disability Institute (NDI), Al Milioto creates website and social media content and ensures that reports, tools and presentations meet Section 508 compliance standards and are accessible to people with disabilities, including people who are blind. Al has a background in documentary writing and television production and a career-long commitment to accessibility; ensuring that stories and communications are inclusive of all audience members. He has more than a decade of experience in live television captioning for those who are Deaf and hard of hearing. In his free time, Al enjoys film, studying languages and traveling.
