Brian Ingram is the Technical Assistance Liaison for National Disability Institute (NDI). Brian is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on the Integrated Resource Team approach and on working with partners in and outside of the workforce system to assist individual job seekers with multiple challenges to employment. He has over 15 years professional experience in the fields of disability and employment, focusing on issues of access to Workforce Investment Act (WIA) services for customers with disabilities and other challenges to employment at a center, regional, state and national level. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Portland State University.
