Michael is the founder of NDI and serves as Senior Strategic Advisor, bringing more than 40 years of experience focused on economic empowerment for individuals with disabilities, including serving as legal counsel to the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee, legal counsel to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Disability Policy and Executive Director of United Cerebral Palsy Associations.
