Biography
Paula Kelley is a Corporate Inclusion Works consultant at Disability:IN. In this role she works with companies to build out sustainable disability inclusive cultures, accessible workplaces and recruiting strategies.
Prior to joining Disability:IN, Paula was a Managing Director and Business Strategy & Initiative Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. In this role, she partnered with other leaders across the firm to plan and execute key business, operational, organizational and leadership initiatives. Her long tenure with Bank of America, and several of its legacy banks, also included leadership roles in technology and operations, marketing and communications, strategic planning, project management and sales performance.
Paula also was a staunch advocate and leader for diversity and inclusion across the bank and, in particular, worked to advance disability inclusion. Paula was Enterprise Co-Executive Sponsor of the bank’s Disability Advocacy Network. Over the years, the network grew from one chapter and 40 members to 30 chapters and over 17,000 members globally. She was a founding member of the bank’s Enterprise Disability Advisory Council, an executive governance committee that provides guidance, sponsorship and oversight for the successful execution and sustainment of the bank’s enterprise disability strategy. Paula received Bank of America Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager Award in recognition of her leadership.
She is a former Board member of Disability:IN and is an active volunteer in her community.
