National Disability Institute’s AT Loan program welcomes Elsa Zavoda, the Vice President of Programs from the Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey who will provide information about the history of VLA, education, including vision loss prevention, assistive technology and independent living skills training, and support services.
National Disability Institute’s Assistive Technology Loan Program provides referrals for grants and funding to cover the cost of hearing and vision aids, home accessibility features, modified vehicles, standing wheelchairs and other types of AT. Affordable loans are available for residents of New Jersey and New York. NDI’s AT Loan Program offers the opportunity to apply for a loan up to $45,000 at 4% interest for the purchase or refinance of assistive technology. Lending terms are favorable, helping loan recipients develop or improve their credit and save money.
